I just wanted to write up a post to tell everyone about the quick little guide I just got the urge to put together today. You can check it out here: the easiest way to lose weight fast. I basically was sitting around thinking about it, and got the notion that for the most part, people need to just get started. Losing weight is largely about your momentum, and if you just get started in the direction of losing weight and living more healthily, it is easier and easier to stay committed to your goals.
This is also because we hate to throw our work down the drain, and so we know that if we have just done a strenuous workout or ate well all day, we don’t want to ruin it by eating a big dessert, drinking a six pack, etc. And so the more we try to lose weight, the more motivated we will be to continue our efforts, whether it be to see how far we can take it, to not ruin what we’ve already achieved, and so on.
And so for that reason, I thought it might be good to write up a quick guide that just simplifies the process of losing weight quickly. In it, I stress not overanalyzing or worrying about doing things perfectly, and rather to just do the basics of what needs to be done(which is usually enough!) and getting started in the first place.
